Cancelling appointments – Option 3

Cancel your appointments on the phone using option 3.

We know it is taking longer than usual to get through to the practice, and waiting in a queue to cancel your appointment is not always possible. You can now skip the queue and select OPTION 3 to cancel your appointment.

Simply call the surgery as normal, select option 3, and leave us a message with your name, DOB, time of your appointment and reason for cancellation.
