Vaccinations during Pregnancy: Public Survey

The regional Maternity Uptake Strategy Working Group (MUSWG) has developed a survey to collect further insight into the reasons for vaccine hesitancy or acceptance during pregnancy. Any patients who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding/new mothers, and those that are thinking of starting a family, please follow this link to the quesionnaire. It is applicable to all women within these groups whether they have received their vaccines or not.
